Every collection includes partial or full-day coverage, a discounted or complimentary engagement session, and film - so nothing meaningful goes unseen. You reach out through my inquiry form, and I’ll respond quickly to set up a time to chat. On the call, we talk about your vision, your timeline, and the kind of moments you want to capture. Step 1: Inquiry & Connection
If we think we are a good fit together and you feel ready, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the non-refundable retainer. As soon as those are complete, your date is officially locked in. You can relax knowing I’ll be there, fully committed to your day.
Step 2: Contract & Retainer
After booking, you’ll receive a welcome box, wedding guide and a detailed questionnaire to help me learn about your priorities, people, and story. We’ll go over locations, timeline details, and any meaningful moments you want captured. I also love offering vendor referrals, ideas, and insight from years of experience - so you feel supported every step of the way. Also, if you want to book an engagement shoot, now is the best time to schedule that!
Step 3: Planning Together
When the day arrives, I’ll blend in like a friend with a camera. I’ll guide when needed, but mostly I’ll be quietly observing, capturing the joy, the tears, the quiet moments, and everything in between. My goal is that you feel calm, seen, and completely free to be present.
Step 4: The Day Itself
Within a few days, you’ll receive 50-100 sneak peeks to relive the magic right away. Your full gallery will follow within the promised timeframe, carefully edited to reflect my signature style. From there, you can download the high-res photos to share online and choose to create an heirloom album or prints - tangible keepsakes that ensure your memories live on beyond a screen.

Why include a 2nd photographer?
To lock in your date, there is a $1500 non-refundable retainer for weddings, $1200 for elopements and $250 for sessions, this and a signed contract is all you need to complete. This is all online in our private portal to make things as straightforward and stress free as possible!

For weddings, there is a $300 rescheduling fee, if I am available for your new date, if not, the retainer remains non-refundable. For sessions, you get 1 free reschedule date (outside of weather) before a $50 fee will be charged.

While the only things that will keep me from being there are an Act of God, illness, emergency, etc… If this does happen, I will have my skilled 2nd shooter take my place or hire another replacement photographer with a similar style, to photograph your day. No matter what I will still edit your images!

Sneak peeks for weddings within 3-4 days, full gallery is 8-10 weeks. For sessions you will receive your full gallery in 3-4 weeks!

I have shot many many weddings solo and feel more than confident doing so, but having a 2nd photographer allows me to be in two places at once, gives you allll the angles and unique perspectives, and assistance for me with all the little things that pop up throughout the day.
